Great news, Orlando! We're expanding our operation to open a brick-and-mortar shop at the East End Market in Audubon Park! We are bringing you classic sandwiches using our fancy meats with bread from the local bakery and produce from small Florida farms. Our new shop will also have all our deli cuts, sausages, bacon and other cured meats available by the pound. Other offerings will be fancy tasting boards featuring items from our New York Times-recommended Charcuterie Box, as wells as a rotating menu of pâtés, roulades, terrines, rillettes, and much more.
We will, of course, continue to ship our boxes nationwide, so if you don't live in the Orlando, FL area you can still get your fix. Our online shop will also get a tune-up, and you will see some fancy new choices there too.
We hope to be open in February 2019. There's a menu coming soon to our fancy site so be sure to visit often and get on our Spam Mail list to see the latest developments (and get our first invites).
