• The Holiday Box

    This box is geared towards entertaining during the holiday season.  You'll get a half Holiday ham from a heritage breed Florida hog.  You'll get to start your holiday mornings with Breakfast Sausage and Hinckley's Fancy Bacon - or use the Breakfast Sausage in biscuits & gravy or your favorite turkey stuffing recipe.  Entertain your friends with a fancy charcuterie board featuring some of our New York Times recommended cured meat offerings: Bacon Liverwurst, Country Pâté, and Tasso Ham.


    (5-7 lbs.) Florida Ham, (half ham, boneless)

    (1 lb.) Breakfast Sausage

    (1 lb.) Hinckley's Fancy Bacon, thick sliced

    (2 ea.) Bacon Liverwurst (Brauenschweiger) Links

    (2 ea.) Country Pâté, thick slices

    (2 ea.) Tasso Ham




    Hinckley's Fancy Bacon: pork belly, sea salt, brown sugar, wildflower honey, sodium nitrite


    Breakfast Sausage:  ground pork, sea salt, fresh ginger, fresh sage, coarse black peppercorn


    Florida Ham:  pork, sea salt, brown sugar, wildflower honey, sodium nitrite


    Bacon Liverwurst:  pork fatback, pork liver, Hinckley's Fancy Bacon (pork belly, sea salt, brown sugar, wildflower honey, sodium nitrite), spices, sodium nitrite


    Country Pâté:  ground pork, flour, heavy cream, egg, parsley, mustard, extra-virgin, sea salt, spices, sodium nitrite 


    Tasso Ham:  pork shoulder, sea salt, spices, sodium nitrite
