We brine our hams in brown sugar and natural sea salt before slow-smoking them with apple wood. Our hams smoke for between 10-12 hours depending on their size and have a deep natural smoke flavor. Once they come out of the smoker we coat them with brown sugar. As they cool, the molasses that gives brown sugar its color seeps out and into the ham.
Our hams are fully cooked and ready to eat. Kick your feet up. You'll just need to warm and serve.
