Hinckley's Fancy Bacon is made using heritage breed pork from small family farms local to the Central Florida area. We allow the pork to do all the work and only season our bacon with brown sugar, local wildflower honey, and Celtic natural sea salt. It is gently smoked over smoldering apple wood.
Slabs weigh approximately 5 lbs. depending on the breed of pig.
