    Also called hog's headcheese, brawn, testa, and cabeza, this terrine is made by slow cooking all of the meat found on a pig's head. 


    This link is for the purchase of a whole terrine, approximately 3 pounds or 12-14 portions.  You'll just need to decide on the pickles, mustards, and crusty breads that you want to put out with this.
