Duck Liver Terrine with Old Engine Oil Aspic.
This richness of this terrine is perfectly balanced out by the sweetness of the black ale aspic made with Harviestoun Brewery's Old Engine Oil. Don't forget to add some crusty Olde Hearth French Baguettes to the order.
Whole terrines yield 12-14 slices.
