Duck Ham, Egg & Cheese Terrine
This is a rich and decadent way to kick the day off. This fancy pate is made using ground pork studded with duck hams (smoked duck breast), gruyere cheese, and local farm eggs. It is perfect right out of the fridge, but also makes for a great breakfast sandwiches when gently heated up.
This whole terrine will yield 12-14 generous slices.
