Is there a more comforting food than corned beef and cabbage? We think not. Our Corned Beef starts with grass fed beef briskets that spend about a week in brine. After a quick rinse, we rub them with dijon mustard, mustard seed, dill seed, chili flake and black pepper. We clow cook the brisket with a ton of moisture and allow it to cool in the juices.
