    Our charcuterie was featured in the New York Times 2017 Holiday Gift Buying Guide

     

    These fancy meats are all ready-to-eat and require no cooking.  Take the stress out of entertaining.  You'll want to find some good cheese, good bread, good wine, and good company.

     

    This charcuterie board comes fully assembled on a wood board with fancy mustard, cornichons and other fancy pickles.   

     

    Pick up at East End Market only.

     

    (2 ea.) Duck Ham

    (2 ea.) Smoked Antelope Sausage

    (2 ea.) Bacon Liverwurst (Brauenschweiger)

    (2 ea.) Country Pâté, thick sliced

    (4 oz.) Duck Liver Pâté 

    (2 ea.) Tasso Ham

    (4 oz)  Duck Rillette

     

     

     

    Ingredients

     

    Duck Ham: duck breast, sea salt, brown sugar, spices, sodium nitrite

     

    Smoked Antelope Sausage: pork, antelope, sea salt, spices, garlic, sodium nitrite

     

    Bacon Liverwurst:  pork fatback, pork liver, Hinckley's Fancy Bacon (pork belly, sea salt, brown sugar, wildflower honey, sodium nitrite), spices, sodium nitrite

     

    Country Pâté:  ground pork, flour, heavy cream, egg, parsley, mustard, sea salt, spices, sodium nitrite 

     

    Duck Liver Pâté:  butter, onion, duck liver, heavy cream, cognac, salt, spices

     

    Tasso Ham:  pork shoulder, sea salt, spices, sodium nitrite

     

    Duck Rillette:  duck (thighs, wings, & drumsticks), duck fat, mustard, sea salt, spices, sodium nitrite

     

    Spuma di Lardo:  rendered pork fat, raw wildflower honey, spices, sea salt
