Black Pudding (or Blood Pudding) is one of our most requested terrines. Ours is made using pork, fatback, bacon, pork blood, oats, rice and cognac. It is perfectly happy right out of the fridge and served with some Old Engine Oil black ale. But you're welcome to heat it up and serve it alongside some runny eggs and toast.
